Making PDFs in InDesign CS3…

Download the InDesignCS3 direct-to-PDF profile - ZIP (7.74 K) and follow the instructions below.

Please note that you must be running Adobe InDesign CS3 - if you are unsure then please call.

Go FILE menu and PDF EXPORT PRESETS/DEFINE (please ensure you have already downloaded the profile at this stage)

Now select LOAD and browse for the downloaded profile

SELECT the downloaded profile from your desktop (PensordInDesignCS3.joboptions) and then select OK

Click DONE to come out of the presets screen

EXPORT your layout to PDF

NAME and SAVE your PDF

CHOOSE any particular page ranges and select EXPORT
