The Charter was introduced to pledge our commitment to our customers and to the business, and to the values we passionately believe in… such as the transparency, honest endeavour and the quality of our work.

But our charter would mean nothing were it not for our people, who view these core values as integral to the way they approach their work. Everyday we benchmark ourselves against the Charter to ensure we meet the high standards we’ve set ourselves. After all, if we didn’t, the Charter would become nothing more than a glib set of words.
