The Pensord People Development Academy helps bring new arrivals up to speed with our way of working and delivers retraining whenever and wherever it’s needed.

Leadership and Management Development programme

Pensord also works closely with external training consultants on a Leadership and Management Development programme, aimed at uncovering and harnessing skills and potential, and delivering excellence in leadership and management amongst Pensord People, in a way that reflects the company’s unique culture. We empower our managers here to really look at what leadership is all about, how they see themselves as leaders, how to bring out the best in others, how to be innovative and act on initiative, and how to improve their whole decision making process.

Not only do Pensord managers have the opportunity to make a difference to the service we offer, but also to their own careers!
