So have you got what it takes to enhance such a successful team? We are looking for a talented Business Development Manager to represent us in the South East. It’s a prime new business territory. So rest assured, it’s a key appointment that will only be awarded to someone with rare qualities and the determination to make a difference.
You must have as much affinity with marketing as you have with sales, demonstrate an ability to deliver new ideas, and be a team player who values the importance of business relationships above all else. Oh, and you need to be able to open doors as well!

Shift your print career into top gear
At Pensord, we’re on the up. Printing guardian of 300 titles, we’ve recently shot up 123 places in a national league of the top 500 printers and we’ve just been awarded Investor In People status, endorsing our reputation as an enlightened company that puts its people first.
So, can you shift our success up another gear? Reporting to the Operations Director, you’ll be responsible for the manufacturing process on shift to include the printing, finishing and mailing activities, and oversee pre-press during out of office hours. The role is crucial to our business, so you’ll need to be highly motivated, with a people focused approach to management and the tenacity to thrive in no-fail situations. Ideally you’ll already work in the printing sector in a similar position or be looking to step up into management, and have knowledge of ISO9001, 14001 and 18001. You’ll work shifts and some weekends. In return, we promise you an attractive package working for a progressive employer.
