So you can see why we consider it so important to keep all our customers updated on our efforts to improve the service we offer yet further. Our customer newsletter – the Pensord Edge – plays a big role in bringing customers up to speed. That’s why we make all previous editions available online to view and download. We also consider it vital to keep our customers informed of developments through the publishing sector press. We have a very good relationship with the industry editors who regularly feature news about Team Pensord. In this section we publish the latest stories, just in case our customers miss them when they appear in the press.
