Installing the Acrobat 6 Preflight Profile

Major instructions are followed by the RED colour in the screenshots.

Please note that you must be running Adobe Acrobat 7 Professional - if you are unsure then please call.

Go ADVANCED menu and PREFLIGHT

Select the EDIT menu.

Now IMPORT the downloaded Preflight Profile.

BROWSE for the Profile (Certitec Acrobat 6 v1.4.kfp).

RENAME the PDF Profile 'Pensord'.

You will now see the Profile in the bottom left corner - select OK.

Your Profile is now loaded. Please highlight and DOUBLE CLICK.

You can now view the results of your PREFLIGHT.
