Installing the Acrobat 6 Preflight Profile

Major instructions are followed by the RED colour in the screenshots.

Please note that you must be running Adobe Acrobat 6 Professional - if you are unsure then please call.

Go DOCUMENT menu and PREFLIGHT

Now select the EDIT menu

Now IMPORT the downloaded Preflight Profile

BROWSE for the Profile (Certitec Acrobat 6 v1.4.kfp)

RENAME the PDF Profile 'Pensord'

You will now see the Profile in the bottom left corner - select OK

Your Profile is now loaded… please highlight and DOUBLE CLICK

You can now view the results of your PREFLIGHT
