Company news BPIF Seal of Business Excellence

The Welsh company was recently given a score of 99% in Health & Safety, and 98% in Environmental Management following assessments during the last few months – and that makes it a hat trick after already previously bagging the HR accreditation.

The Seals are an endorsement that successful companies can show their customers, visitors and staff. Companies take part in a face-to-face session with specially trained advisers who will ask them a range of questions relating to their legislative requirements and to best practice. 

Managing Director Darren Coxon said: “We are proud to be the first UK printer to achieve all three elements of the BPIF Seal of Business Excellence. This is a terrific result and reflects well on all the staff here. Having attained such high scores, it’s now going to be very challenging to maintain and improve on them, but I’m confident we can.”

Audits will be carried out every two years by the BPIF. Pensord gained the Seal of Excellence in Human Resources Management last year.
