Pre-Press 'Ace' joins Pensord

Pensord has announced the appointment of renowned PDF pioneer Jon Bessant –
reputed to be the most qualified Adobe PDF specialist within the print industry outside Adobe Systems themselves - giving Pensord customers a pre-press service to equal that of any print company in Europe.

Bessant is a ‘treble’ ACE (Adobe Certified Expert) in Acrobat 4, 5 and 6 Professional and he is currently registering with Adobe to become an ACI (Adobe Certified Instructor). Jon is also an Enfocus Certified Trainer and has beta tested a number of products for leading pre-press software and hardware suppliers.

He joins Pensord from S&G, where he completed over 160 PDF installations, and shared his expertise in all pre-press applications. His expertise and industry reputation make him a great asset for Pensord’s pre-press department.

Bessant’s appointment follows the arrival last year of Commercial Director Darren Coxon, also a former S&G senior figure, at a company which is now wholly owned by Tony Jones following his MBO early last summer. Jones again: “Jon will link up again with Darren – both are very customer focused individuals with great interpersonal skills.”
